Cafeteria feeling, but outside or inside in the corner area, very cozy. Prices are okay, friendliness too.

Very unfriendly, unmotivated staff. We left immediately when we were bluffed at. They don't need it. Absolutely not recommendable - on the Fichtelberg you can eat well in the Erzfebirgsstube and you will be warmly welcomed and served

Had a cup of cocoa after the hike today. Unfortunately you can't pay by card and the lady at the cash register was very unfriendly. The tables were all occupied and that with a distance of 1.50 m was probably nothing.

This is the very last self-service restaurant in Germany, was asked in the most unfriendly way due to questions and misunderstandings, is absolutely not worth a visit ... never again Himmelsleiter on the Fichtelberg

Very nice service, fun room with many exhibits of the area. Quaint. Inexpensive with good quality of the food offered. The room / restaurant is wood-clad with many carved exhibits ... unique.

Had the tastiest cyclist in June 2019 after a mountain bike tour of the Fichtelberg in the mountain restaurant. In addition a couple of Wiener with potato salad. Prices very pleasant, friendly and relaxed service. When the weather is nice, the terrace with a view and good signage is a highlight

Its just too busy. They let you queue up for food then you find that there are no tables. My kids ate their food sat on the floor as did lots if others. Just give it a miss.

GREAT!!! The small meals that were served up here were very tasty and again cheap. The selection of drinks was very good and the Jagatee was the best we drank during our stay in Oberwiesenthal. We thought that the prices would be high up here and were happily surprised that this was not the case. The staff was absolutely friendly and received us lovingly. We would love to come back here.

Small cozy restaurant, the menu is good home cooking just right to strengthen yourself for the next descents. Unfortunately it is always very full that you have to be lucky to get a place.

After a long hike, we came here to strengthen ourselves for the future. The food was not special (just a quick restaurant) but the staff had time for a short conversation and some jokes despite the stress of the many hungry people. The view is really nice because the restaurant deserves its name.

Food was OK, but it comes with a high price. The service quality was very bad. Staff was not motivated and grumpy to serve out the food. Would not go back again, but rather go for an alternative nearby.
